I started my career as a scientist and marketer in the biotech/pharma industry. For more than a decade, I helped companies tell the story of their products.

I’m bringing those skills into my practice and pairing them with CoreEnergy coaching.

I know what it feels like to be standing at the crossroads of your life, with no idea how you’ll pay for food, find work, or feel good about yourself. I know what it feels like to think you’re at rock bottom, only to fall a little further. And, I know that climb up from those depths is work; it’s a lifetime of work. It’s work that I’m grateful for everyday and it’s why I have an all-consuming passion for the work I do.

When I’m not coaching or creating, I am honored to spend my life with an incredible partner and two (spoiled) rescue dogs in the San Francisco Bay area.
